Individual Therapy

Healing looks different for everyone. I work with you to understand the experiences, beliefs, and patterns that are keeping you stuck. Together, we will build the insight and skills needed to move forward. Using trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy, our work together is tailored to who you are and what you're carrying.
Couples Therapy
$300
Relationships are one of the places we feel things most deeply, and where old wounds often resurface. I work with couples to improve communication, rebuild trust, and develop a shared understanding of each other's experiences. Whether you're navigating a specific conflict or a longer pattern, therapy can help you find a way through together.
Initial Consultation

I offer a free 20-minute consultation to answer your questions, talk through what you're looking for, and help you decide how to move forward. There's no pressure and no commitment. Just a conversation.
I currently accept Aetna, Quest Behavioral Health and Carelon Behavioral Health for clients in Maryland, Washington DC, and Virginia.
